I book a limited number of weddings each year. As I take only one wedding per weekend, the process begins with a quick check to see if I’m available for your day. If I’m free, I’ll need as much information as possible before putting together your proposal. We can arrange a time to talk or we can exchange information via email. I’ll need a couple inspiration photos, links or invitation to your Pinterest wedding flower page is great, # of bouquets, # of boutonnieres and any other bridal party members such as flower girls & ring bearers. Any ceremony ideas and approximate number of reception tables along with any ideas you have.
Your initial proposal is just that..a first draft. You are free to change anything prior to signing the proposal and contract. Once we both feel that we are a good match, all you need to do is send your required retainer fee and signed contract and you are booked! It’s a great idea to book your preferred vendors early so you’ll have your team in place. I’ll be here to answer any questions you have and help you along the way to wedding day. You don’t need to finalize everything with me until about 4-6 weeks from your wedding day.
The minimum for full service weddings begins @ $2000, this increases if your event is taking place more than an hour drive from my home studio. A delivery/set-up fee is added to all wedding deliveries. This fee varies and is based on anticipated delivery and set-up time involved.
Average pricing on individual items are as follows: -bridal bouquets ~ 175-300+ -attendant bouquets ~ 65+ -flower girl bouquets, baskets with petals- 22+ flower head wreaths -45.+ -boutonnieres ~ 15 +/- each -arbor arrangements ~ 200+, aisle markers ~ 25. -large floor arrangements 200+ -table centerpieces vary greatly ~ 75.00 - 100.+/- -cake flowers or dessert table flowers/greenery 30+ -delivery/set-up fees vary
